At Grabclever.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product should include the original tags, invoice, and proof of purchase.
🛑 Non-returnable items include:
Innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene products
Customized or personalized items
Items bought on clearance or marked “Final Sale”
To request a return:
Email us at support@grabclever.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and approved:
Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days after you share your account details.
📌 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Want a different size or color? No problem! You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed free of cost for the first time.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace it or refund you immediately after review.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may opt for a return after receiving the product.
